• Payment by valid credit card acceptable
• Personal cheques only acceptable with prior arrangements. Room charges made on arrival All rates expressed in Kenya shillings
• All rates inclusive of all statutory taxes. Check out time is 10:00am
• No refund for meals not taken for BB,HB or FB
• No penalty fees will be charged if replacement bookings are received.
• All prices are pegged to the current forex rates in case of foreign currency.
• Extra person in the room will be charges 1500/=

Child Policy

• Under 5 years old………free
• 6-12…..charge 50% of adults rate
• 13 year and above is charged the full adult rate.

Within 30-15 days 15%
within 14-7 Days 25%
Within 6-2 days 50%
Within 1 and no show 75%
100% of the deposit for cancellation done on the day of reservation
